We Find Supply, Inc. – Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

By using We Find Supply, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) services, website, or communication channels, you agree to the following Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

 

1. Services
We provide supply sourcing, logistics, customs, and delivery services. Availability may vary depending on location, supplier, and regulations.

 

2. User Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to:
– Provide accurate and complete information for orders.
– Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
– Pay agreed-upon fees for services rendered.
– Ensure products you request are legal in your jurisdiction and that you have the right to purchase them.

3. Orders, Samples & Deliveries
– Orders: All orders are subject to supplier availability and logistics constraints.
– Delivery: Timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs, transport delays, or unforeseen events. We are not liable for delays outside our control.
– Samples: Clients are responsible for all costs related to product samples, including product cost, shipping, and applicable customs or handling fees.
– Order Confirmation & Cancellations: Once a client receives a sample, approves it, and agrees to proceed with an order, the order becomes final and cannot be canceled.
– Mistaken Deliveries: If a client receives an order by mistake, We Find Supply, Inc. is not responsible for damages, losses, or missing information related to the product.

 

4. Manufacturer Responsibility & Disclaimers
– We Find Supply, Inc. acts solely as a sourcing and logistics partner. We are not responsible if a manufacturer fails to:
– Meet agreed specifications,
– Deliver goods that do not match the approved sample, or
– Make errors in production.
– Clients accept that all risks related to manufacturing errors rest with the supplier.
– Support Efforts: We Find Supply, Inc. will maintain records from suppliers and manufacturers regarding all orders. If a client is not satisfied with an order, we will make reasonable efforts to request a refund,  return, or resolution directly from the supplier. If these efforts do not succeed, the client acknowledges that We Find Supply,
Inc. has fulfilled its responsibility in good faith.

 

5. Payment Terms
– Invoices must be paid according to agreed terms.
– Late payments may incur fees or service suspension.
– Samples: Clients are responsible for all sample costs.
– Research & Sourcing Fees: In certain cases, we may charge clients for research, product sourcing, or other time-consuming tasks. Fees will be communicated in advance and must be paid regardless of whether the client proceeds with an order.

 

6. Storage & Pickup
– Temporary warehouse storage may be provided for client products.
– Clients may:
– Pick up products directly, or
– Arrange pickup through a third-party logistics company, coordinated with us.
– Products may also be delivered directly from the supplier to the client if agreed in advance.
– Warehouse Rules:
– Clients have one (1) week to arrange pickup or delivery.
– After one week, a daily storage fee applies based on space occupied.
– If storage fees are unpaid, or the client fails to arrange pickup/delivery, We Find
Supply, Inc. may liquidate, sell, or dispose of goods without liability.

 

7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, text, and graphics, is owned by We Find Supply, Inc. and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government actions.

 

10. Confidentiality & Data Use
We keep client and supplier information confidential and use it only to provide services unless disclosure is required by law.

 

11. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold We Find Supply, Inc., its officers, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their use of our services or violation of these Terms.

 

12. Returns & Refunds
Returns or refunds are handled directly with the supplier/manufacturer. We assist in requesting resolutions but are not responsible for outcomes.

13. Taxes & Duties
Clients are responsible for any applicable import/export taxes, customs duties, or other fees.  If customs authorities change their rates, impose new fees, or re-evaluate the shipment value after dispatch, We Find Supply, Inc. is not responsible for any additional costs. Any increase in customs fees, taxes, or clearance charges that occur while goods are in transit or at customs must be paid by the client before the goods can be released or delivered.

 

14. Dispute Resolution
Disputes should first be attempted to resolve through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of
[Arbitration Body] in Pennsylvania, USA.

 

15. Communication & Notices
Notices under these Terms may be sent via email, phone call, or text message. Notices are effective upon delivery or successful transmission to the client.

 

16. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if users violate these Terms.

 

17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

18. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
