Before charging any fee, we speak with the client to fully understand the scale, scope, and complexity of the request. This ensures the project is a good fit and clearly defined from the start.
Once both sides agree to move forward, a Service Fee Deposit is required to begin the process.

Our pricing is based on the scope and complexity of each request. We charge for our research and procurement services, not for selling products. This allows us to remain objective and focused on finding the best solution for each client.

Because our work spans so many categories, it’s not practical to list everything we source. If you have a product idea, a special requirement, or a hard-to-find item, we can review it and determine the best sourcing approach. If it can be sourced, we’ll work to find it.

Yes. We welcome projects of all sizes.

To ensure your total satisfaction and protect your investment, we maintain a strict “Sample-First” Policy. We do not move to large-scale production or bulk orders without first securing a physical sample for your approval. Even if you trust our findings, our company policy requires this step to ensure that quality, materials, and technical specifications are 100% accurate.

Yes. We manage sourcing, logistics, and customs clearance for international shipments to ensure smooth delivery.

We believe in total transparency. The truth is, 8 out of 10 sourcing requests we undertake are successful. When a hunt doesn’t result in a win, it’s usually due to one of two things: a request for a strictly protected branded product or specifications that are too incomplete to track.

To accurately evaluate pricing and savings potential, the client should provide a current quote, previous invoice, or pricing reference when available. This allows us to benchmark costs and determine whether we can deliver better value.

That’s completely fine, especially for first-time projects or clients who don’t have time to research.
In these cases, we perform full market research and sourcing from scratch to provide realistic costs, options, and timelines.

If you provide a quote, invoice, or pricing reference, your Service Fee Deposit is refundable if we can’t beat the price or find an alternative source.
If you don’t have prior pricing, that’s fine. We perform full research from scratch, and in this case, the deposit is non-refundable.

Yes—when we take a project, we commit to finding real cost savings. If we can’t save you money, we won’t take the case.

Yes. In some cases, clients hire us for research only—so they can make informed decisions or negotiate and work with suppliers themselves.
